Meet Colton

I’m a physical therapist with a passion for movement that extends far beyond injury rehabilitation. I truly believe movement is medicine—and one of the most powerful tools we have for long-term health and longevity. My clinical experience spans both sports outpatient and home health orthopedic settings, where I recognized a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between recovery and performance through concierge physical therapy.

This vision naturally evolved to include personal training, allowing me to guide clients not just in healing, but in optimizing and maintaining their physical well-being long after the injury has resolved. The goal is simple: to support you in moving better, feeling stronger, and living fully—every step of the way.
